Sampled at the BA Belgian Beer Fest.
This ale poured a hazy, orange color with white foam that settled. The smell was dominated by Belgian malt with a touch of fruit and sugar and a whiff of whiskey. The taste was malty (Belgian malt) with a bit of sugar/sweetness, a hint of fruit (oranges?) and spices, and some bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth with medium body and modest carbonation. The aftertaste was fruity. This was a nice and easy to drink ale.
