Made out of honey and candied beet sugar, intended to mimick a Belgian style ale. Poured out a luscious golden color crowned by a thick, lacy head. Big nose with toffee, caramel,some spice, and that intense honey odor. The taste is a little more timid, some caramel sweetness and floral hop activity. The finish is fairly long, dragging hops along your palate.
