Small but lasting head. Semi blanket of lace. Cloudy, amber color.
Flowery aroma almost like chamomile. Fresh pale malt nose with a touch of caramel.
Well balanced with a stronger hop bitterness than the smell suggests. The pale and crystal malts provide the base, but the hop comes quickly and strongly, perhaps closer to the finish of an IPA. Body leans full with a lower carbonation level.

on tap @ Offshore a few weeks back
a: dark copper hue, thin head. sticky lacing
s: slight piney hops
t: following on the smell, piney hops
m: medium body and carbonation
o: The description mentioned it as being brewed with locally grown, organic hops. Nothing memorable but a good offering just the same. Glad I had a chance to try this during my visit to the island.
