A: Lots of lemon, light citrusy hops, very faint buckwheat
A: Bright yellow color, opaque with a thin head that quickly dissipates into a thin film.
T: Lemony, coriander upfront with moderate citrusy hops, slightly funky with light sourness
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, the beer has a juicy mouth-feel and while tart, it’s not acidic.
O: Very solid; there are a lot of tart saisons on the market right now and while I love brett, brett saisons can be exceptionally dry. This beer has a lot lemon/citrusy notes in both the aroma and flavor. The beer is refreshing and pretty easy to drink.
