Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy goldenstraw with a one finger head; a few splashes of lace
Smell: Peach blossom and baked bread wafts with some very funky phenols; the floral element is penetrating
Taste: Lactic peach that quickly moves in an acetic direction with some baked bread underneath; very funky, through the mid-palate, with a distinctly sour finish; blue cheese in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: For true lovers of the funk but I wish the floral peach tones I picked up in the aroma were more dominant on the palate

Bottle.
A: Moderate fresh peach aroma coupled with light funk and sourness.
A: pale yellow, hazy, with an uneven white head that has adequate retention.
T: Peach flesh, light funk that quickly leads to a moderate sourness. Clean, but with a slight harshness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Sour, but not acidic.
O: Refreshing and pretty easy to drink. The beer could be even better with a slightly cleaner sourness.
