They call this a Double IPA but it's an alcoholic murk bomb, I say. Cloudy to the max. Very sweet and acidic at the same time. Aroma is peculiar, like canned mangos. This stuff is so weird. It's like some kind of celery tonic with carrots and yams. Or candied green beans with some kind of Chinese liqueur.
This is a distinctive taste I am having trouble putting the finger on, but after a few sips you never want to taste it again. Not that it's so awful, it's just so persistent like that aftershave you splashed on unwisely. From the 16 oz can purchased at BottleCraft at Liberty Station. Dated 09/22/21.
