This is definitely a chile beer rather than a Pilsner as your tongue will soon tell you. Excellent serrano flavor, with an increasingly warm glow. The overly bitter aftertaste makes this less than drinkable, however. Overally it's acidic, hot, bitter, and harsh. On tap at the taproom in Barrio Logan.
