Thanks to JustXBeer for sharing this one at Tieman's tasting.
Pours an opaque black with a foamy dark khaki head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of dark roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla, bourbon, and wood aromas. Taste is much the same with cocoa and smoke flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of roasty bitterness and an alcohol kick on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a solid flavor but the bourbon barrel aging comes through much better in the aroma in my opinion.

I had high expectations for this beer going into it, and I am happy to say that they were thoroughly exceeded. Incredible taste, aroma and finish that had me wanted more. The only downside is that it is a one-shot, but well worth it if you can get it.
