Had this beer at the sacramento brewfest. An excellent wheat what struck me most about it was the clean aftertaste. They claim to use 45 million year old yeast. Very very clean easy citrus flavor. Probably great with any food. A good party pr summertime beer. Alcohol gets out of the way to let the wheat shine

On-tap at Beer Revolution about a month back (had to wait for these guys to get added to the database).
A: The pour is a cloudy golden yellow color with a finger or so worth of white head.
S: The aroma is an interesting mix between what seems to be a berliner weiss and a hefeweizen. Some banana and clove aromas along with a slightly tart lemon.
T: The flavor is quite similar to the aroma. A pretty light ale overall, and the slight acidity really helps to accentuate that. The banana and clove flavors are subtle, as is just about everything about this beer.
M: The body is on the light side of medium with a moderate to high carbonation.
D: This was a really nice, light, easy to drink beer. I tried it on a whim having never heard of the brewery or beer before. I was quite pleasantly surprised.
