Pale Amber (9) with 2 fingers of thick white foam; cloudy gold with good lace and some cap. Dank earthy hop with a little citrus nose. Musty, dank wet bitter hop flavor with just a little citrus here too: bitter hop finish. Medium lite, dry mouthfeel; moderate carbonation;slightly resinous tongue coating. This has a zippy little alcohol bite along with the bitter linger - tasty.

A - pours a cloudy golden orange, nice creamy white head. Rings of lacing.
S - tonnes of hops, big caramel malt. Orange, grapefruit, honey.
T - massive hop bitterness, kumquat, orange peel, honey and hazelnut.
M - full oily body, plenty of bitter kick, moderate carbonation.
O - great hop bomb. Beautifully balanced, huge flavours. Will be looking out for this again.

Bottle from liquor land in Auckland... expensive. Reviewed on my phone, so shortened and sorry for weird spellings.
Pours a light Orange with a half finger of head... nice lacing as well. I have high hopes for this based on the price...
Nose is quite nice also, nelson hops are present, may be some hallertau as well. Strong grapefruit with a light malt.
Taste is grapefruit heavy, strong malt balance as well. Booze seems too present though. There is a strong bitter finish, which could be hallertau, and it is hopped a ton. A ton of the bittering and a ton of the aroma hops.
Medium to heavier body... I am not sure how to rate this. It seems to be a cross between an American imperial and a British imperial ipa. Very unique. I like it. Definitely worth the try, and I am glad I got it super fresh. Guy said it was about a week old.
