The worst Marzen I've ever tasted.

 

Caution: Live explosives!! Beer is over carbonated.
I purchased two 6-packs of this beer from the liquor store. I noticed that something was very wrong with the first 6-packs when I opened the first can and foam spewed everywhere and didn't stop. I waited for the foam to go down and it didn't (because of the wonderful full and thick head). I gave a friend another, and he poured an entire glass of foam.
I left the second 6-pack in my office (temperature of the room is about 70degrees). I came in one morning and all of the cans had expanded and bulged out (similar to when you leave beer in the freezer). Then I noticed that one can had the lid ripped clean off and there was beer all over the floor. As I picked up the beers to throw them away, one EXPLODED in my hands. My fingers hurt and my ears are ringing. My co-workers from the other office came in to ask what that "gunshot" sound was. As I stupidly attempted to open the tab on a can to pour out, it exploded as well. Beer all over the break room. I decided I better leave them alone and place them in the trash bin and BOOM! a fourth exploded! Aside from the dangers of this canned beer, the mess is quite inconvenient (especially at the office lol).
I will never purchase this beer from the store. I'll stick to ordering it from the tap at the bar.

The tour was fantastic. They're knowledge of beer is impressive. The samples are great too.

 

Great place to have a few of their beers. Food is sometimes available. Fun atmosphere.

 

 

 

 

Laid back with a great selection occasionally including on site only offerings.

 

 

 

 

Good little starting brewery. Good atmosphere
