Had this on cask at saucer. It was a one time brewed beer for this occasion, thanks to Rob for bring it to share with us! Served in a goblet.
A: Golden yellow with 3/4 inch white head. good lacing. Not a lot of carb, tiny tiny bubbles.
S: Immediate hops on smell, this is really dry hopped. Not fruity like other IPAs I've had.
T: Straight hops off the bat, mostly in the head, but fades away, no bitterness, and nice and dry finish. gotta love it.
Smooth mouthfeel, drinks easy. At 8% its good sitting and drinking. I'm not a hop head and I really liked this, more so than the Divine Reserve 11 which is undrinkable to me.
Thanks again Rob for bringing this one out, you're a cool dude.

Enjoyed at the Flying Saucer in Houston
Poured from the cask into a 10 oz goblet
A: pours a hazy golden brown with almost no head, light lacing.
S: smells grassy and of belgian yeast. not what I would have expected.
T: follows the nose, grassy with a hoppy bitterness, pleasant yet lacking the punch I expect from a DIPA
M: nice and smooth, mildly grainy, well cask conditioned.
O: a nice beer, just may not be a DIPA, more like a belgian IPA.
