This is a review of a test batch offered at the January Ranger Creek open house. As a result this may or may not see full production. In my humble opinion I hope it does!
This beer was a malty-golden color in appearance. It had a real pleasing grassy hop aroma to it, courtesy of some Columbus hops, and a light toasted biscuit rounding it out. Piney, grassy hop flavors come through at first but there’s a biscuit maltiness balancing it out. Really enjoyable.
