Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of marshmallow, fudge and light residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of marshmallow with some fudge notes and light bourbon and vanilla notes. Body is full with oily texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout with great flavors and some good balance.
