Old school imperial stout. Somewhat edgy. Decent taste. Sherry cask was ok fun. Group order through SAQ (Quebec buying club) from some years back. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes with some berry notes and light sherry barrel notes. Taste is also a mix of black chocolate and berry notes with some light sherry notes with light dry roasted malt notes. Body is full with good carbonation with light warming alcohol notes. Nice mix of berries and chocolate notes.
