From the 22 fl. oz. bottle. Sampled on November 11, 2013.

It pours a cloudy pale yellow to golden and a short lasting fizzy white head.

The nose tends to bring out a grainy toasted bread character and a hint of fruit. Hops are muted.

The body is smooth and about medium.

The taste does a 180 degree turnabout with an explosion of caramel malt sweetness, dough, and raisins. There is also a butterscotch feel to it. The grains are in retreat in the flavor. Low bitterness and hardly noticeable.

golden color, thick fluffy white head that hangs around... beautiful lacing.

nose is big peach and some lighter malts, yeast, and floral notes. never tried a pale ale with such a prominent peach on the nose, juicy sweet peach!!

taste is similar, nice peach flavor that is well complimented by sweet bready malts. almost nonexistent bitterness on the finish and a bit of a metallic taste that goes away as the beer warms. feel is good.

overall a pretty solid pale ale that is interesting... would have rated it much higher if it wasnt for the metallic flavor, maybe its a freshness issue.

Bottle from Bert's
Pours a cloudy amber orange color with a smallish off white head that dissipates quickly. Damn that's an odd aroma. Peaches sweet orange with a hint of caramel and flowers. The flavor is sweet with lots of fruit flavors. Earthy and a hint of pith cut through that a little, but damn that is sweet. Medium body with a light level of carbonation and a sweet syrupy mouthfeel. I haven't poured one down the sink in a while, but damn that beer is a mess. Sweet and sticky with almost nothing to balance it, nothing like any pale ale I've had before.
