Poured from a pint can into a tulip glass. Small white head which dissipates quickly, with very little lacing. The body of the beer is pale yellow. Aroma is slightly hoppy. Pleasantly dry tasting, as a brut should be, with just a hint of sweetness but plenty of good hops (Amarillo, El Dorado, and Hallertau Blanc used) flavor without the typical hops bitterness.

The ginger ale-colored can pour hosts a soda-like cap of large bubbles that quickly dissipates to a wisp of fine foam. The aroma is slightly sweet and similar to other brut pales ales. The flavor is of woody hops. The finish is less dry than others of the style, but this is refreshing.
