On cask at River of Beers. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy orange body. Nice white head. Thick collar.
Smell - Granny smith apples. Has a bit of sharpness. Light spiciness.
Taste - Apples are strong, less tart than the aroma implied. Cinnamon comes out in the back end pretty strongly.
Mouthfeel - Light. Low carbonation. Not quite creamy.
Overall - It's a bushel of apples, but tart enough to make it interesting.
