Having CANpleted CANother brewery horizontal, now it is on to the next victim, er, brewery. Terrapin may have been sold to a corporation, but they have always been rather good to me. For insCANce, I received an erroneous E-mail from them & when I received an apology, I requested an embroidered cloth patch to salve the wound. They sent it forthwith! Onward.
From the CAN: "Wheelie [-] Cruise [-] Wander [-] Pedal [-] Bike"; "This Way[,] That Way[,] Here"; "Good To Gose Ale Brewed with Coriander, Grapefruit Peel and Natural Flavors Added"; "Tart, refreshing and a pleasure to drink, our 'Good to Gose' takes you on a magical ride. Brewed with a pinch of Sea Salt, a touch of Coriander and a kiss of Grapefruit Peel, this beer will get you ready for the long journey ahead."; "'Enjoy the ride'"; "SRM - 23"; "IBU - 7"; "Flavor Notes[:] Tart, Citrus, Slainity, Grapefruit Zest, Coriander"; "Gose 'Goes-uh' A traditional German style beer brewed with sea salt and coriander."
I wanted to try and ensure that everything was in suspension before I Crack!ed open the vent so I did some in-CAN agitation. Upon Crack!ing open the vent, I went with a heavy-handed aggro Glug for the same purpose. This resulted in the formation of just under two fingers of rolling, fizzy, foamy, eggshell-white head with limited retention. Color was a lightly-hazy Amber (SRM = > 7, < 9). Nose smelled like they did not hold back with the salt as it had a salinity reminiscent of being out to sea. Mouthfeel was thin, kinda watery, about par for the style. The taste was at once tart and salty, but I did not really taste the grapefruit. Hmm. I already mentioned its salinity, but it also had a pleasant pepperiness from the coriander. Mmm. Finish was tart and dry & very refreshing as a result. YMMV.

Look: This Georgia brew pours a pale, hazy golden hue with a thick head that stays about a finger and a half for a few minutes then subsides.
Smell: The smell is of citrus; lemon and grapefruit. Along with the citrus, you can sense a saltiness and a sourness. The coriander is light but a herbal quality persists.
Taste: This beer is REFRESHING! It has qualities of lemonade with a malt backbone. It’s sour not bitter and the malt balances it well. No noticeable hop presence.
Feel: The feel is nothing spectacular. It’s light, dry and leaves you wanting more.
Overall: A good beer for someone transitioning into sours or goses. It’s light, refreshing and not too sour. It’s a decent gose and a good beer. I would suggest trying it. It would make a great lawnmower gose.

Decent gose - actually one of the more refreshing ones I’ve had - sampled on tap at a local gastropub. Pours a darker golden color with minimal head or lacing. Smells faintly of some lemon, orange and maybe a little malt. Tastes predominantly of tart lemon, a little orange and malt, distant saltiness, and a tea tannin-type aftertaste. Slightly sour but not too bad, definitely more pleasant than others goses I’ve tried. Smooth thin mild mouthfeel, decent carbonation. Not bad, just not my usual style of beer. But I’m happy to try anything Terrapin puts out.

For those under legal drinking age, the summer is meant for lemonade because of its thirst quenching acidity, bright tangy flavor and its hydrating effects. But for those over that age, Terrapin reveals a similar taste with all the halmarks of lemonade but in a drier and more relaxing beverage- the German styled gose. So... we're all good to gose!
And that name carries on with Good To Gose, pouring a hazy lemon yellow and cast with a scattered and broken froth. Its effervescent brightness comes with a citrusy, spicy, cidery nose. Hints of brine teases the senses while a gently rolling sweetness of saltwater taffy, sourdough and honeysuckle grace the tongue.
The sweetness falls off quickly on the middle palate and the fruity fermented flavors take hold. Green apple, white grape, lime, lemon, gooseberry, kiwi and honeydew swirl on the tongue with a refreshing tartness that trends playfully sour late on the palate. Its rounded salinity gives a fuller impression of both the coriander and grapefruit spices that are added to the brew to offer a unique spin on the traditional style.
Medium light on the palate, the beer's wheaten foundation keeps the session soft but sour. It's that balance that carries the gose and allows an extension of sourdough and citrus to keep the senses refreshed with a quick and clean aftertaste; perfect for the hotter dog days of summer.
