Orangey golden and cloudy with a big off white head. Some messy, spotty lacing. Some stone fruit on the nose as well as hops. I’m inclined to say there is a creamy taste by power of suggestion but really there just seems to be a light fruity taste. A pretty OK IPA.

Very smooth and good flavor. Peach comes through nicely.

Drawing a line straight down the middle of a taste that combines the bitterness of IPA and the creaminess of peaches and cream, Terrapin brewers carefully sew these flavors together for the best of both worlds.
Pale and nearly clear, the golden... and yes, peach stained ale floats a creamy white seafoam froth while emitting a bouquet of the highly desirable orchard fruit. With a back note of citrus, herb and spruce, the beer's perfume precedes a light and caramelized, toasted malt sweetness in taste. Hints of graham cracker and vanilla begin to show early on the tongue.
Yet as the flavors unfold, the full breadth of fruit rises to the top. A firm peach flavor carries a juiciness that's plumped up by caramel malts and a suggestion of vanilla. Not to be outdone, a strong orange, pink grapefruit and mango hoppiness grows to both reinforce the peach additions and to also rival it. Trending bitter on the late palate, a light herbal display of spruce, lemon pepper and grassiness it outdone by that of citrus peels.
Medium light in body and trending drier than expected, the Peach Dremsicle IPA leaves a lasting impression more of an IPA than that of anything peaches and cream- much to the delight of hop heads but not to those who are seeking out more of a milkshake-type IPA.

12 oz can with a 7 December 2019 BB date stamp on the bottom. $2.49 at the Wall of Beer in Clemson.
Pours with a clear, deep amber colored body topped by a short while head that reduces quickly but still leaves decent lacing.
Aroma: dried peaches, peach jam, sour dough bread and apricots. It's a little dank and pungent.
Flavor: moderately strong with a dried peach note dominating. This produces an aftertaste of peach pie.
Full body with medium carbonation and partially hidden alcohol.

12 ounce can - $3.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
BEST BY 12/07/19.
Appearance: Pours a darkened yellow body with nearly an inch of off-white foam.
Smell: Fragrant peach aroma bolstered by the vanilla, the lactose. Fragrant enough that it's hard to glean the malt, hop components, but, hey, you put "peach" on the can and color not only the can but even the pull tab peach-colored, you might as well deliver in terms of peach aromatics.
Taste: Well, it's most definitely peach flavored. Has that slightly tart, yet softly acidic peach vibe throughout. Honeyish maltiness underneath, lightly bready and hinting of, as just about everything does these days, wheat/oats. Hops seem predominately citrusy in nature and deliver some bitterness, though the peach dreamsicle flavorings tend to override them. Finishes smoothly, with lingering milky accents and light vanilla in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation. Has an appreciably smooth, creamy and faintly sticky mouthfeel.
Overall: Peach a plenty. I'm always a bit confused by these newfangled flavored IPA's, as the oft fruit flavors and additional additives tend to obscure the underlying beer, usually resulting in a total, repulsive mess. Thankfully, not a repulsive mess, here.
