On Cask at Terrapin's 8th Anniversary
Looks about like a standard rye pale ale, golden with a decent head. Oak aromas are huge in the nose, definitely overtake the hops. Wood and cherry dominate the taste, I wish the bourbon were more prominent. Damn near flat. The mouthfeel all but ruins the beer. With ample carbonation, this would be a nice experiment. As it stands, the flatness makes it forgettable.
