Great neighborhood restaurant/bar that noticeably upped its beer profile of late...
While there are only 6 taps (1 always being Lindemans Framboise), the chef/owner is a total beer guy with a great palate and always has a nice profile of beers, with a focus on American and Belgian microbrews. They have a small but nice bottle list, peppered with a few standouts (Brooklyn Sorachi Ace, Mikkeler/Brewdog I Hardcore You, Colomba Witbier, St. Bernardus Prior 8).
Some recent stuff I've had on tap there: Nogne Porter, St. Bernardus Abt. 12, Great Divide Denver Pale, Moinette Bruin, Rogue Brutal Bitter, Brasserie De La Senne Zinnebir, Gouyasse Tradition, Triple Karmeliet)...
All in all, a great place to try some new beers - especially if you live in the neighborhood (luckily I do). The food is fantastic - I usually saddle up to the bar and get some small plates off the appetizer menu and a few beers. Oh, and the atmosphere is very nice - low lit bistro cave-style with a gorgeous pewter bar.
When I'm not up in Boston drinking cask IPA's at Redbones, I like to come here and wash down some mussels and frites w/ a nice Belgian Tripel!
