From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This excellent fest pours a luminous deep
amber with a nice head of off white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and
displays some nice light lacing. Nose of toasted malts, caramel, breaded malts, and nice herbal
hop notes. Flavors surpass the nose with caramel, toasted malts, bread crust, light toffee,
subtle stone fruit notes of under ripened peaches, and light herbal hops making a well balanced fest.
Mouth feel is medium, medium carbonation, smooth, and finishing subtly dry and well balanced.
Overall, an excellent brew from a great little brewery whom I hear hired the brewer from Buzzsaw
who produced some excellent Belgian style brews----I would say he found a new great home!
Cheers

12 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on the can or label. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this, from what I could find online looks like this was released in late August 2025. Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a mostly clear burnt orange/amber color with an inch off-white head that stuck around a little while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like bready/toasted malt, caramel and some earthy hops. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some toffee noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one overall, worth trying if you're able to!
