5 oz pour on tap at the brewery. This is a decent English IPA, with moderate bitterness, a fairly weak malt backbone, and earthy/citrusy old-school hops. Not something I'd order again, but fine if you're in the mood for an English IPA (which I rarely am).

On tap at brewery on Marcos Island. 10/9/21
Trip from ft Myers to Homestead! Beautiful amber color! Very average IPA, though. Not much depth and not much backbone.

From 0128/15 notes. Taster on tap at the brewpub in Marco Island.
Pours a golden-orange color with one inch of off white head and moderate carbonation evident. Bready malts, grain, sweet fruits and bread, light citrus hops, and light resin/pine. Medium body and low carbonation.
Overall not very hoppy and not great; quite average. Wouldn't have it again if I went back.

I'm going to call this an English IPA, as it uses East Kent Goldings as well as Liberty hops.
A - Pours with a finger of white foam that settles to a collar and partial cap, leaving behind a few fingers and splotches of lace. The body is a hazed golden orange color.
S - Mostly pale malt sweetness, with lemon and floral notes and a touch of cattiness.
T - Taste is pretty similar. Mostly pale malt, with mild bitterness in the finish.
M - Feel is medium-light, medium carbonation, with a slightly dry finish.
D - This would be a solid English Pale, or even English Pale Mild. Not much of an IPA, as it lacks heft in both the hop and malt domains. Kind of like a mediocre Ossian.
