Perlenbacher Premium Pils pours a clean golden color, with a smaller, but long lasting lacing head. The aroma has notes of skunk, and cream. The flavor has a bitter, clean and crisp cereal note, hints of skunk. Good feel. Overall, pretty average pilsner, some cheap skunk flavors mixed in an otherwise pleasant bitter cereal base.

500 ml bottle, from LIDL Norway. ABV here is 4.7%. Very pale golden colour, moderate head. Sweetish aroma, some fruit and cooked vegetables, some grass too. Very light bodied, thin mouthfeel, minimal malts, but a tolerable hoppy bitterness, which is not quite as metallic as in most other LIDL beers. Easy drinking, not offensive.

Good Pilser. Clean no bite. Very good probably 4.18.
