Copenhagen 28/72023. 33 cl can from Lidl, Nordre Fasanvej, Frb. F. Black and gold can with Perlebacher's logo with the little lion in white.
Pours clear yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as a1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Frothy. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather strong, sweet and malty odor mingling with sourish grains- Sweet pale malts and bread. Citrus and grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and a bit dry.
Very much on the harmless and generic side.
