Numbskull is our rotating Imperial IPA series, where we explore a new dominant hop bill with each batch. In this 8th edition, we throw-back to our now-retired Tasman Pale Ale. Using Ella, Vic Secret, and Moteuka hops from Tasmania and New Zealand’s Tasman Bay, this Numbskull has inviting tropical flavours of fresh lime and passionfruit, with a refreshing bitter finish.

A-pour is gold from the bottle to a dark gold in the glass with a large off-white head leaving a spotty lace along the Spiegelau
S-tropical fruit
T-tropical tones seem to dominate , dry finish & swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-(Ella , Vic Secret & Moteuka) throwback to Tasman pale ale , kinda works in a DIPA
