Oak Aged Brandy Wheatwine. A complex mixture of slight caramel, oak, brandy, red fruit, and honey wrapped in a warm bready embrace expected of a high alcohol wheat wine.

650 ml bomber purchased in 2022 on BC trip - bottled Nov 5/21 - kept at fridge temperature.
Pours a clear orange amber, slight ruby highlights with scant tawny coloured head.
Nose is of brandy soaked raisin bread with some soft fruity notes and a hint of oaky woodiness.
Taste is sweet with bready malt and soft caramel tones on a brandy soaked backing with a slightly fruity booziness; again some oaky/woody flavour.
Medium full mouthfeel - not sticky or as full as anticipated with a bit of lingering boozy heat.
