Pours a bright clear golden yellow with massive tight foamy white head.
Aroma on the head is an initial burst of hops - some grapefruit peel, piney - as head dissipated a bit more muddled fruit and somewhat leafy and weedy.
Taste initially on palate perhaps a bit of grapefruit, cereal malt, but on swallow an overpowering leafy, earthy hop barrage resulting in a bitterness that is unpleasantly overwhelming. No balancing sweetness evident.
Light to medium mouthfeel but the lingering bitterness really makes it hard to comment other than nope for me. Could not finish. Looked nice though.
