Double Cold IPA , ABV 8.0% , IBU 70
A light bodied clear IPA with assertive bitterness, fruit/tropical hop flavour and a dry finish. Fermented with our lager yeast strain and then dry hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra. We ferment with our lager strain at a warmer temperature to bring out different yeast characteristics than a typical lager style beer. Corn and Rice are used in the mash to create a crisp and light body.

A-pour is almost clear from the can to a clear gold in the glass with a large size white leaving a streaky lace along the tulip
S-Dry-hopped El Dorado , Mosaic & Citra
T-clean DIPA , lots of tropical fruit with a decent dry & bitter finish
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-almost worth buying in a 4pack , would buy and drink a single can again
