Appearance - Dark amber color with lacing and thin head.
Taste - Above average like the previous reviewer said true to its style.
Smell - Very nutty followed by extremely subtle aroma of some sweet fruits.
Mouth-feel - Carbonation lasts long enough to tickle the tongue for days. Feels similar to a good Amber or Scottish ale.
Drink-ability - very smooth goes down easily, could drink it all day, bought a growler.
Best Dunkel that I can recall from memory.

On tap at the brewery 9/24/10.
Brew is a dark amber to brown with a thin to medium head that leaves a good lacing.
Aroma is a nutty, sweet, slightly fruity concoction. Very much enticing and inviting.
Flavor is true to the style, layers of subtle flavors creating an orgy of goodness.
Very smooth, east to drink beer.
Great way to start for this brewery, worthy brew for all to try.
