Enjoyed on tap at The Horseshoe Pub, Hudson, MA, presented in an imperial pint glass. According to Deja Brew's website, this recipe was one of the winners from their brew-off competition.
Good sized tan head, with nice lacing as the drinking experience transpired. Excellent looking dark brown/black opaque hue, coupled with a tempting coffee and dark malt aroma. Very smooth, especially for a non-nitro presentation, and the taste was as advertised by the first look and whiff. Give it a try if you get the chance.
