Presentation: 12oz brown bomber from the brewery.
Appearance: Rich orange amber in colour, slight haze and an amazing meringue-like foamy, creamy head with much stay and stick.
Smell: Soft bubble-gum, with a slightly pungent, raw hop aromas
Taste: Smooth and mellow. Mild malt sweetness melds with a soft floral hop flavour. Paper (a bit oxidized), tea and earth flavours are also present. Slight yeasty flavour carries thru into its homebrew-like finish.
Notes: A fairly unobtrusive and average beer -- easy to drink and no thinking required. Needs a bit more "omph!" though, especially in the malt category where it tends to be a bit one-dimensional.
