For a Scotch, it's a bit lighter in color than expected. The addition of fruit is also unexpected but works very well. I suppose because it is booze soaked fruit. So in the end, this beer is a booze infused hot mess, unlike anything else I've every tasted. While I would know if it's an award winner, it's interesting and nice. The great thing about North Sound is this experimental fever which generally turns out nice and interesting beers. Hope you can get it while it's on tap.
