This is brewed with barley grown in the nearby farmland and prepared by Skagit Valley Malting. Poured from the 32 oz jug filled today at the brewery.
Handsome golden amber brew with lots of lacing in the Troubadour tulip. Sprightly body. Malt is light and bready and gives way to the lemony hops. Pleasant resiny tang. Dry finish with a zing of grapefruit peel. A classic American Pale Ale that will appeal to IPA fans. Plenty of bitterness in the aftertaste.
