This is really pretty disgusting. I almost spit out the first sip, not expecting the sweet and bizarre candy flavor. At first I thought it was some kind of cocoa, but after my taste buds recovered I realized it must be something like mint, or peppermint candy. The aroma reveals the mint better than the taste, which is muddled up with bittterness and dark burnt grain. In any case it is an experience that reminds me of how good so many other beers are, even the ones I dislike. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery tap.
