Named for the Celtic god of agriculture and alcoholic drinks, he is often seen carrying a hammer and a beer keg on a long pole. We crammed a whole lot of oatmeal and chocolate malts into this ale. Our imperial porter richly coats the tongue with smooth, dark chocolate and the kind of velvety goodness that’ll make you think the whole world loves you – even your mother-in-law.

Extremely smooth, great flavor. Best porter this side of the mountains.

Awesome beer! Tastes of sweet toffee and peanut brittle.

A: Poured a deep brown with good carbonation leaving a nice tannish cap, nice amount of lacing remains
S: Loads of cocoa, roasted malt, light booze sting, bourbon and whiffs of vanilla and espresso
T: I noticed an immediate creaminess to this beer. Dominant notes of smooth cocoa, milk chocolate, roasted malt. Vanilla and bourbon are just right. Wood and Earthiness are very mellow. No flavor was overly dominant and there is a lot of flavor here. Well put together.
M: Big body- medium to full bodies, creamy and well carbonated. Taste never falls off.
O: Very good!
