Brewed for the month of January 2012 as part of Latona Pub's 25th Anniversary Year. The name is a combination of the hops used in the beer (Warrior, Galaxy, Meridian and Falconer's Flight).
Poured into a straight pint glass on January 6th, 2012 at Latona Pub. Seattle, WA.
A: The beer pours a bright straw yellow color with a thin head of creamy white foam. Minimal lacing clings to the side of the glass.
S: The beer has an aroma of pungent citrus fruits, honey, lemongrass and pine.
T: The citrus isn't as pronounced but still dominant. There is a strong aftertase of honey and herbal tea with just a hint of pine.
M: Very medium body with a nice and crisp mouth feel. The alcohol is not present whatsoever.
O: An interesting IPA that is as much fun to drink as it is to say. I'll have to head back over to Latona and enjoy this creation at least once more before it goes away forever.
