Served in straight pint glass. Poured a very hazy and cloudy orangeish amber with just a thin cap of just off-white head that had no retention, but somehow left very good lacing.
The aroma had a light Rye scent, but dominated by citrus hops. The beer was pretty similar on the tongue, not much Rye, just barely enough to be noted, but lots of bright citrus hops, along a bit of a floral taste as well.
The body was on the light side of medium and had good carbonation, making the lack of head even more of a head scratcher. The citrus lingered at the back of the tongue. Drinkability was decent, my pint was gone quickly, and I'll have more while it's still available. Overall, a pleasant enough beer. Nothing worth going out of your way for, but certainly worth trying if you see it.
