Served on tap into a nonic glass
A- Poured a clear light golden color with soapy white head that left minimal lacing.
S- Big ginger, honey, and some light cinnamon notes.
T- Big fresh ginger, honey sweetness, some cinnamon and nutmeg notes.
M- Lighter bodied, low carbonation, does not finish dry or very clean.
O- This beer is the closest thing in taste and aroma to a personal Holiday favorite in Great Lakes Christmas Ale that I have had since moving to the West Coast. Not as full bodied as that beer or complex as that beer, but this was a treat to have in December.
