Batch # 161112. Best before 10/1/14.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy orange-tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, earth, and metallic aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour malt and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and really dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very poor beer with off aromas and flavors that make this one almost undrinkable.
