Amber color with a thin aired head with medium retention and leaving some laces.
Nice aroma of caramels, lemons, passion fruit, peaches and mild mango.
Citrusy flavor with notes of lemon and tangerines, slightly toasted malts and a mild condiment. Dry and bitter aftertaste, but it is far from aggressive, it doesn’t feel like 60 IBUs.
Light body with good carbonation. Alcohol of 6.5% abv is completely hidden.
Almost a session IPA given its assertive citrusy and being easy to drink. Nice but the Topaz version was much more interesting, bolder and more complex.
