Interesting label that caught my attention. Golden color with a thick head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of lychees, garlic, mild pine and bread malt sweetness. Mild dry hop.
Flavor with notes of resin, grapefruit, spicy rye, tangerines, lychees, unripe guava and pine. Dry and bitter aftertaste. It feels a bit lighter than its 70 IBUs.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is slightly felt.
Decent Rye IPA; it felt resiny, spicy and citrusy. They should try it with a different set of hops to see if they fit together nicer with the overall beer, a bit less confusing. Though, I liked its spiciness and bitterness level.

I am Brazilian, and I love American IPAs.
Brazil is still in the learning curve of American IPAs, but this one is already great. Balanced, smell, taste.... Love it
One of the best American IPAs I have tried so far...
You wont regret...

600ml bottle strait from SP to Florida via TAM airlines. Best by date of 10/26/2016 so this beer is fresh! I love this about all Brazilian beers; they all have best by dates. This looks to be collaboration so it might be a one off limited beer. Pours a clear golden with vigorous bubbles, 2 finger light cream colored head that grows and lingers awhile leaving impressive looking lacing. Smell is typical of above average IPA's not too strong but has that fresh dry hop aroma. This beer tastes nice and hopy, very bitter with a great malt backbone and leaving a spicy rye aftertaste. This IPA is right on for the style of a rye IPA but at 7.5% and its rich and fullbodyness it’s leaning toward a DIPA. Overall I’m very impressed by this beer. The best Brazilian beer I’ve tried yet. This would stand up to most West Coast IPA’s any day, let’s just hope it is still brewed and possibly exported someday. 4.50
