Poured lots of head. Clear aroma of banana and clove (in that order). But in taste banana and clove were better balanced, and citric notes came into the game. Wheat is also clearly perceived. Medium carbonation. Average sweetness for the style (I personally prefer the ones less sweet). Refreshing beer.

I love seeing new Brazilian breweries popping up. Let's experiment with a 600 ml bottle of Dama Bier Weiss. On to the beer:

Pee yellow color with some cloudiness and a small head that quickly drops to a thin lace. The nose features watery banana a weak spice. I can't really identify the spice because it's weak, it's most resemblant to a baking spice. There very little in this beer that reminds me of the taste of a true German hefeweizen. There's a little shredded wheat and very subtle watery banana. Not good. Its high carbonation doesn't work well in this case as it pelts my palate. Then, I give up and pour my glass out. Good thing I shared this bottle.
