Golden yellow color with a thick head with decent retention.
Light aroma of bread malt and faint hint of noble hops and lemon.
Flavor of lemon-orange citrusy, faint floral hops and lager yeast. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with mild carbonation.
This on tap version felt very fresh, like it was poured straight from the lager tank. Huge drinkability and with a pleasant citrusy, but did lack body and hops.

I'm going back to the lady with this 355 ml bottle of pilsner. Bought at Cervejoteca and about to be tasted in California, on to the beer:
Straw yellow in color. There are lots of bubbles racing through the body, which is very translucent. A finger's worth of foam forms on top and is holding up well intially before dropping to a ring of lace. The nose is not quite typical Brazilian "pilsen". Usually the nose will come off with Vienna malt, but the nose here has a pleasant pale malt sweetness and reasonable hay notes.
It tastes more German than Brazilian. It's not too sweet, and the hay flavors are there. However, the beer does seem to have a slight staleness and grainiess to it. A bite of quick bitterness kick in at the back of the palate. It's light bodied (no surprise), featuring good crisp, and on the clean side.
Dama Pilsen comes out on the decent side. Then again, so do many other "pilsen" types coming out of craft breweries in Brazil.
