Clear brown reddish color with a sparkling light caramel head that disappeared fast.
Aroma of toffee, cinnamon, light licorice and a bit of dark chocolate.
Flavor with notes of licorice, caramels, some nut, bread crust, wood, cocoa and mild earthy and floral hops. Dry aftertaste with lingering malty notes and a mild bitterness.
Light towards medium body with live carbonation.
Well-crafted and faithful to style Munich Dunkel, balancing towards its matiness that has showed very interesting complexity.

From a 600 mL bottle, thanks Jon,

A: Pours a medium amber with a pallid white head, good head retention with some slight lace.

S: Lots of sugar, classic Euro dark lager smell.

T: Reminds me a lot of Heineken Dark, sugar and molasses. Very malty, but one dimensional.

M: Semi-dry, soft carbonation, pretty clean.

O: An OK example of the style, but there are certainly better beers coming out of Brazil these days.

Now known as "Amber Lady", this dark lager was one of many Brazilian beers which I received from my Paulista friend Sergio. Thanks again! Coming out of a 600 ml bottle, on to the beer:

A solid dose of lace sticks around the glass of this dark red lager. What I found interesting of the new Dama labels is they're highlighting a dominant flavor of each beer on their front label. For Amber Lady, they highlight caramel, and that omen comes true in the nose. A lot of caramel and some toasted candies. The taste isn't quite as sweet as the nose; raw dark bread and a light drizzle of caramel, but there seems to be an aspect of the taste that's "tired". It turns out alright for my personal taste, and it's a fair represetation of the dark lager

Bottle: Poured a dark brown color beer with a large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of unrefined cereal notes is not very enticing. Taste is also dominated by unrefined cereal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is full with medium carbonation. This one was quite bad and ended up dumping it.
