700ml bottle brought from Brazil.
Appearance: Aggressive pour gives a nice, brown head that dies down to a ring. Color is a ruby black sort of color. No lacing. Nice look.
Smell: Roasty, ashy sort of aroma. A bit of dark chocolate. Trace of sweetness.
Taste/feel: Very good. It has a deep roasty malt character that comes off as ashy -- almost smokey. Prickly carbonation is welcome and opens up the taste buds. Aftertaste is dry, char-like, and semi-sweet.. lingers for quite awhile, which I like.
Pretty great beer -- excellent for the style. An Irish Dry Stout that's pretty packed with flavor.

Wanted to take a Colorado, but as he had not experienced this. It is strong, very good, but not my favorite beats. I liked the scent!

Poured some head that dissipated quickly and left a ringed lace.
Very dark brown color.
Delicious predominant coffee aroma and hints of chocolate.
Medium body with low carbonation.
Taste follows aroma, like a Frappuccino with gaz. MIldly bitter and dry aftertaste. You can also feel some chocolate in the beginning of the tongue and definitely smoked malt. Not too sweet. Excellent beer, nothing to lose to the traditional ones.
