Straw colored with great haze. Slightly undercarbed for Berliner Weiss. Aroma is mostly yeast and lacto funk. No discernible peach aroma. Taste is real nice with sweetness from peaches up front and then great tartness. No hop presence. Overall an awesome interpretation of Berliner Weiss with more alcohol than typical for the style but I could not notice it since it was so light and easy drinking.

On tap at the brewery.

Hazy light yellow, with a tart yeasty nose. The taste is also light and tart and replete with hefeweizen-style yeast. No discernible peach, but a nice fresh sourness. Aftertaste is wheaty and clean and brief. Pretty enjoyable.

Had many samples of this at Beerquest Huntsville. Very nice look and smell. Great yeast and sour fruit smell with a wonderful cloudy look. The taste is very surprising going along with the smell however the tart zing of peach is right on the edge of too much. Overall it's another great creation from my friends at Blue Pants.

Poured from 12 oz bottle into shaker pint.
A: Cloudy pale yellow. Big time gusher. Took me a couple of minutes to get it to fit into the glass. Frothy white head with nice retention but left little lacing.
S: Sour lemon, cracker malts, and some faint peaches.
T: Nice slightly sour fruits.
M: Light and refreshing. Crisp finish with just a touch of a sour bite.
O: Very nice summer beer. Easy drinking and refreshing on a hot day. My only complaints was this bottle was very heavily carbonated, and I didn't get that much peach flavor.
