Poured from 750 ml bottle dated 11/09/2015 into snifter. Grapes locally grown at Isom's in Athens, AL.

A: Crystal clear cranberry red with smallish one finger head that dissipated almost immediately. Zero lacing.

S: Tart cherries and grapes mixed with some faint vinegar.

T: Lightly sour with grapes, cherries, and perhaps a little lemon. Just a touch of fruit sweetness. In some respects, it has a wine like quality.

M: Medium to light body with average carbonation. Finish is a little tart.

O: Very nicely done. Some times lambics can be quite sweet, and I was glad this was not the case here. Refreshing to see one of the local breweries trying something new!
