Dorada, con abundante espuma pero de poca retención. Cuerpo y carbonatación media. Aroma cítrico y lúpulo. En boca es bastante amarga.

33 cl bottle enjoyed at Luz Verde (Paris, FR). Light and lean, pale malt body with a nice nose and taste of spicy, peppery, grassy hops, and notes and citrus and light tropical fruit. Light body and lively carbonation. Crisp, refreshing and flavorful blonde ale - just right ahead of some tacos.

Pours amber with a large white head.
Nose shows floral, spicy and grassy hops along with some biscuity and bready malt.
More of the same malt as flavours, with not much of the aforementioned hops though.
Carbonation is much too high, annoyingly so.

Pours a cloudy, orange/copper color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and great lacing. Smells of floral hops, citrus hops, sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American Blonde Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, sweet malt, slight alcohol, slight pale malt, and slight floral hops. Overall, good appearance, aroma, and body.
